Our 28-day return policy allows you 28 days after receiving your order to initiate a return request and have the items sent back to us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. It must not be worn, washed or altered in any way. Items must not have any marks, damage, odour, hair and must be in original condition or the return/exchange will be refused. You’ll also need to send us the receipt or proof of purchase. Items that are dirty, worn, hairs, scented, and marked items WILL NOT be refunded/exchanged.

Please note that we currently do not incur the cost of your return. We recommend using a signed for service and it is important to retain the proof of postage receipt until your return has been processed.
Please inspect your order 48 hours upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return has been evaluated and accepted, we will provide you store credits to make a separate purchase for a new item. We allow for only one exchange per order.
Refunds
Your item will qualify for a refund if there was defect or damage from our end, or if you received the wrong item. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will immediately coordinate a refund. Please note that it can take 7-10 working days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Please note that in some instances, any original shipping & fulfillments costs will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that we WILL NOT provide both a refund and an exchanged item.
If our product doesn't perform for you, don't worry; you have 28 days to return it.
